FLOYD COUNTY JAIL RECORDS
A 66-year old Lindale man was arrested at his Hughes Dairy Road home Friday on charges of aggravated assault and battery.
According to Floyd County Jail records, Kerry Daniel Winn punched a 50-year old man in the face and then pointed a pistol at the victim.
Winn was also charged with pointing or aiming a firearm at another.
