ROME, Ga., Oct. 20, 2022 – Dr. Mark Boudreau, D.O., is now seeing pediatric patients at Atrium Health Floyd Pediatrics in Rome, 304 Shorter Ave. He is the latest addition to the Shorter Avenue office, which also includes Dr. Tyler Barnes, Dr. Karen Timberlake and Dr. Sylvia Washington. A member of the American Academy of Pediatrics, he treats newborns to teens and is especially interested in preventive medicine.
“I want to make a lasting difference in people’s lives, and there is no better place for that than pediatrics,” Boudreau said.
He recently completed a pediatric residency at the Medical Center of Central Georgia, which is affiliated with the Mercer University School of Medicine. He earned a student teacher award from Mercer in 2021.
He received his medical degree from the Lincoln Memorial University-DeBusk College of Osteopathic Medicine in Harrogate, Tennessee.
He plays tennis, is a fan of science fiction and fantasy novels and gaming.
