On April 17th, at 3:33 pm, the Georgia State Patrol Post 3 Cartersville was requested to investigate a single-vehicle crash on Interstate 75 South near mile maker 305 in Bartow County.
The preliminary investigation shows that a black Kia Forte, driven by Mr. Charles Bryan Hair, 29 years old, was traveling south on Interstate 75.
Mr. Hair lost control of the Kia and traveled off the right side of the roadway.
The Kia struck a tree with its front end and Mr. Hair suffered fatal injuries.
According to the Georgia State Patrol, this crash is still under investigation.
