Georgia gas prices continue to decline.
Monday’s state average was $3.76, which is 11 cents less than a week ago.
The national average is $4.11, down by 8 cents since last week.
According to AAA, although supply and demand factors typically support elevated pump prices, the fluctuating price of oil continues to be the main factor influencing prices at the pumps.
Local averages Monday morning were $3.75 in Floyd County, $3.76 in Polk County, $3.66 in Bartow County, $3.62 in Gordon County, and $3.59 in Chattooga County.
