A Garden Lakes man is accused of molesting a child under the age of 10 between January 1 and July 13 of this year at his Sandy Beach Terrace residence.
According to Floyd County Jail records:
33-year-old James Forrest Trammell committed at least five acts of sodomy against the victim.
He is charged with three counts of aggravated child molestation and two counts of aggravated sodomy.
Trammell was arrested on Friday and remains in jail without bond.
