Two Armuchee residents are accused of allowing children to live in unsanitary and unsafe conditions.
58-year-old Donaldson Clark Ware and 44-year-old Sandy Michelle Ware are both charged with 1st-degree cruelty to children.
According to the arrest warrants:
The home on Sike Story Road has holes in the floor big enough to fall through.
Due to the structural condition, snakes were able to come in and out of the house.
Trash and rotten food covered the kitchen table, the floors, and the countertops, leading to an infestation of mice and roaches.
