P.A.W.S. Press Release –
Out of an abundance of caution, Public Animal Welfare Services (P.A.W.S.) will remain closed on Friday, August 2, and Saturday, August 3 due to a potential health concern for the animals.
Staff has stated that they are taking all necessary precautions to ensure the safety of the animals and visitors by following guidelines from the Department of Agriculture.
Staff is still available by phone, however there will be no surrenders or stray pickups during this time.
Updates will be provided as soon as possible following test results.
