A 39-year-old Silver Creek man arrested at his Rockmart Road home on June 15 on charges of criminal trespass and battery is now facing additional charges of aggravated child molestation and aggravated sexual battery.
According to Floyd County Jail records:
Dennis Edward Frechette committed an indecent act with a 5-year old child earlier this month.
