A 20-year-old Rome man has been charged in connection with a burglary on Rising Fawn Trail in which a gun was stolen.
According to the arrest warrants for Jayden Patrick Fiorito:
The crime occurred between February and March of this year.
He is charged with 1st-degree burglary, theft by taking and possession of a firearm during the commission of a crime.
Fiorito is also facing misdemeanor counts of affray, disorderly conduct, and battery in connection with a fight that occurred at the same residence on August 13.
