A Cartersville home was reportedly destroyed by a fire on Sunday.
Bartow Fire and Emergency Services stated that the fire occurred Sunday, at approximately 7:24 a.m. Crews were dispatched to 43 Summit Ridge Drive S.E. to report a residential structure fire.
The caller advised that the house was on fire, everyone was out, and that the building was fully engulfed.
BCFES crews arrived on the scene to find a one-story wood frame structure fully involved.
Once crews were able to extinguish the fire, a fire investigator was called to the scene.
The cause of the fire is still under investigation. The home was a total loss. There were no injuries reported.
