FLOYD COUNTY JAIL RECORDS
A 58-year-old Rome man is facing charges of trafficking methamphetamine following his arrest late last week.
According to Floyd County Jail records, a vehicle driven by Timothy Scott Watson was pulled over for failing to stop at a stop sign.
More than 28 grams of meth was found in the vehicle, along with suspected oxycodone, and an open container of alcohol.
A search warrant was then executed at Watson’s residence on Callier Springs Road where police found suspected heroin, a digital scale, and a glass smoking device.
He and 61-year-old Deborah Lynn Watson are facing various other drug-related charges.
