FLOYD COUNTY JAIL RECORDS
A 61-year old Rome woman has been jailed on felony charges of the unauthorized distribution of a controlled substance.
According to the arrest warrant, Dorine Marie Madden wrote and issued 14 prescriptions to herself using the DEA permit of a local physician without his knowledge.
Madden also allegedly wrote prescriptions for two other people as well, according to jail records.
The alleged incidents occurred between April 19 and September 9 of this year.
