According to the Polk County Police Department, The manhunt for a Polk County man has concluded:
Jimmy Blackmon, a wanted suspect in the deadly shooting of his 36-year old wife, Ginger Leanne Green Blackmon, is now the custody of the United States Marshal’s in Carroll County.
