The Corky Kell Classic will kick off the 2019 high school football season for the first time at Rome’s Georgia’s Barron Stadium with a doubleheader. The Calhoun Yellow Jackets took the Win over the Ridgeland Panthers with a score of 38 to 8. The Rome Wolves played their best tonight but were ultimately defeated by the Marietta blue devils 48 to 14.
