Train vs truck collision in Silver Creek

No one was injured when a train struck a truck carrying several vehicles Thursday evening.

The incident occurred at the railroad crossing on Bethel Church Road in Silver Creek and the roadway was closed for a time.

The impact pushed the trailer about 200 feet.

This was the second incident involving a train in as many days.

On Wednesday, a pedestrian was hit by a train.

The man who was hit was able to walk away.
