Floyd County Commissioners will consider a number of agenda items when they meet Tuesday night.

The consent agenda includes the approval of a contract addendum with Avenu Insights in the amount of $8,000.00 for the hotel/motel audit.

Also on the consent agenda is the approval of a Georgia Environmental Finance Authority loan extension, and the submitted 2019 County Budget from Division of Family and Children Services in the amount of $79,420.

Under new business is an agreement with Utility and Water Services for the installation of 1000 ft of 8” ductile iron water main in the amount of $26,700.00 to connect to new 8” main installed by Floyd County and reconnect to old main at Old Summerville Road and Highway 27.

Commissioners are also expected to appoint Commissioner Allison Watters to serve on the newly formed Joint Trails Committee with the City of Rome.

Tuesday’s meeting begins at 6 p.m. The pre-meeting caucus is at 4.
