Five arrested for drug charges
Wednesday, December 5, 2018-4:09 p.m. 
Five people were arrested after the Rome Floyd Metro Task Force arrived at a location on Rockmart Road. 
According to the Rome Floyd Metro Task Force, 33-year old Brian Eugene Walters, 51- year old Stacey Mitchell Gardner, 44-year old Catherine Marie Reed, 50-year old Regina Sheryl Brock, and 61-year old Charles Clinton Lumpkin were all found with possession of meth, marijuana and drug-related objects at the residence in Silver Creek. 
Walters was additionally charged with crossing guard lines with drugs. 
Lumpkin was found to have a firearm and was charged with possession of a firearm by a convicted felon.
