A traffic violation turned into a drug arrest in DeKalb County recently when a deputy pulled over a vehicle at the intersection of County Road 3 and Highway 75.

As the deputy approached the vehicle to speak with the woman, he noticed that she seemed nervous, and when asked if she had any illegal drugs or weapons inside the vehicle she said no.  At about that time, an Albertville Officer with his K-9 arrived to provide assistance.
